My map is blank - no routes are showing.
MoveMap reads from Apple Health. Make sure you've granted full access: Settings - Privacy & Security - Health - MoveMap - turn on all categories. Then reopen MoveMap and pull down to refresh.
Some of my workouts are missing.
Only workouts with GPS route data appear on the map. Workouts recorded without a GPS device (indoor runs, treadmill sessions) don't have coordinates and can't be plotted. MoveMap shows all workouts that any app has written to Apple Health with GPS data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app - tap your name at the top - Subscriptions - MoveMap Pro - Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but the app still shows free features.
Open MoveMap, go to Profile, and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-validates your subscription with Apple.
Does MoveMap work with Strava / Garmin / Nike Run Club?
Yes - any app that writes GPS workouts to Apple Health works automatically. This includes Strava, Garmin Connect, Nike Run Club, Apple Fitness+, Coros, Suunto, AllTrails, and more.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. MoveMap has no account, no servers, and no analytics. Your workout data never leaves your iPhone. Street coverage data is fetched anonymously from OpenStreetMap. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
